The primary goal of remedial massage is to alleviate pain and to restore movement and function to injured soft tissues. Various techniques can be used such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilisation, muscle energy technique and facilitated stretching. In addition, you may be asked to perform some activities at home to assist in the process of your recovery.
