Health fund rebates
Private health funds accept claims under their “extras” cover. Special conditions may apply so please check with your fund. Medicare does not cover massage and most health funds do not cover Relaxation Massage.
HICAPS is available for easy payment and processing of some private health fund claims. Please refer to the Participating health funds for HICAPS Mobile Terminal leaflet. If your health fund is not on this list, a receipt will be provided for you to submit your claim. Most health funds have mobile apps or online facilities for claim submissions.
Client consent form
Please complete the first section of the client consent form and attach it to your booking request or email it to imassageinmelb@gmail.com prior to your first appointment.
Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
